Returns
  • Your return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order and must be received by us within 14 days after our approval.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original Henri Bolt tags attached.

 

 

Return & exchange steps
  1. Go to www.henribolt.com 
  2. Click on the account icon in the top right corner of the screen.
    (Phone: click the three stripes in the top left corner, then select the account icon.)
  3. Enter your email address (The same one you used when placing your order) and click ‘Continue’. We will send a verification code to your email address.
    Make sure to check your spam folder as well.
  4. Enter the 6-digit code. Voilà! You are now in your Henri Bolt account.
  5. Click on the order you want to return or exchange.
    If your order has multiple items, select the specific item you wish to return.
  6. Select a reason for the return and/or add a comment regarding your exchange. for example which size you would like. 
  7. Click ‘Submit Request’.
  8. Keep an eye on your email (including spam) for further instructions from us.
  9. Send your package back to Henri Bolt. Please make sure that you:
    - Please place the item(s) in a strong shipping bag and fold them nicely — treat them like they're yours:). Items damaged due to careless packaging may be charged to the customer
    - Enclose the packing slip or something with your name on it, so we know who the            return is from.
    - Close the bag and tape it securely.
    - Ship the parcel using your preferred shipping method.
    - Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. You will not receive a shipping label from us. This also applies to exchanges but we will cover the shipping costs for sending the new item.
  10. Did you request an exchange? Then you don’t need to do anything else. We’ll make sure the new item is sent your way as soon as we received your package. 
  11. Once we receive your return, we will review it according to our terms and conditions. Your refund will be processed within 14 days.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION



Shipping & Responsibility
We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. To ensure your return arrives safely, we recommend using a postal service with tracking and/or insurance.
Please note: Sample sale items cannot be returned, as these items may have minor production flaws. This is always mentioned in the product description.

For customers outside the EU: always send the package back as a return shipment and clearly mention this on the package. Otherwise, import duties and taxes may be charged to us upon arrival.
We will not cover these import costs, which means the shipment will be refused and returned to you. In that case, we will unfortunately not be able to process a refund.



Returns

Refunds
  • Non-sale items: full refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt.
  • Refunds will be processed in Euros to the original payment method at the original purchase price.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot refund taxes, duties, fees, or shipping costs for returns.

Exchanges
  • Purchased items can be exchanged for another size or product, if available.
  • Exchanges are processed after receiving your returned items and depend on stock availability.
  • Exchanges shipped to you are free of charge.

Faulty Items
  • We accept returns for items that fail to meet their expected lifespan.
  • Returns will not be accepted for items damaged by improper use.
  • Henri Bolt reserves the right to judge whether usage was reasonable.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@henribolt.com, including your order number and photos (if needed) to clarify the issue. We will provide options such as exchange, refund, or repair as soon as possible.
