Shipping policy

You will receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order. Please double-check your shipping address for errors. Any extra shipping costs resulting from an incorrect address will be at the client’s expense.
Shipping:
Your order will be dispatched within 3-5 business days from the time it is placed. As soon as it is dispatched, you will receive an email containing the carrier name and tracking information for your parcel. Please note that during sales and collection releases, dispatch time may take up to 5 to 10 days.
Delivery
Once your order leaves our office, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. While we remain responsible for ensuring your items are delivered properly, any delays caused by the carrier are unfortunately beyond our control. We will do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
